Pocket TrialRoom is a free, browser-based web application that lets shoppers virtually try on dresses in physical stores by snapping a dress photo and overlaying it on a live camera feed. The service is built and maintained by:

2. What Data We Access & How We Use It

📷 Camera & Microphone

Pocket TrialRoom requests access to your device camera to display a live video feed on your screen for the virtual try-on feature. We want to be completely transparent:

• Your camera stream is processed entirely on your device using your browser's built-in JavaScript engine.
• No video footage is ever transmitted, uploaded, or stored on any server.
• We never access your microphone. We only request video access.
• Camera access is only active while you are on the "Live Fitting Room" screen. You can revoke it at any time via your browser settings.

🖼️ Dress Photos You Upload

• Photos you take or upload (of dresses on hangers) are processed locally in your browser.
• These images are never sent to any external server or API.
• They exist only temporarily in your browser's memory during your session.

💾 LocalStorage (Your Device Only)

• When you save outfits to your Wardrobe, the try-on snapshots are saved in your browser's LocalStorage — a storage area entirely on your own device.
• We cannot read, access, or delete this data remotely. It is only accessible by you, on your device, in your browser.
• You can clear your wardrobe at any time using the "Clear all" button inside the app.

3. What Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account information (there are no accounts).
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
• We do not collect your location or GPS data.
• We do not use any advertising networks or sell data to third parties.
• We do not use analytics tools that track individual user behaviour (e.g., no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).
• We do not use any AI or cloud APIs that receive your images or camera feed.

4. Third-Party Services

The only external resource loaded by Pocket TrialRoom is:

• MediaPipe Pose (Google CDN): A JavaScript library loaded from cdn.jsdelivr.net for real-time body pose tracking. This library runs entirely in your browser. No data is sent to Google's servers during its operation. Please refer to Google's ML Kit Terms for information about the library itself.

We do not integrate with social media platforms, payment processors, or advertising networks.

5. Children's Privacy

Pocket TrialRoom is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no personal data at all, no special measures are required, but we ask that parents supervise minors using the camera feature.

6. Your Rights

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete or disclose about you. However, you have full control at all times:

• Revoke camera access: Via your browser or phone settings at any time.
• Clear wardrobe data: Use the "Clear all" button in the app, or clear your browser's LocalStorage in browser settings.
• Stop using the app: Simply close the tab. No account to delete, no data to request removal of.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this Privacy Policy in a material way (for example, if we add analytics or change how data is handled), we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
